Identification Header For Each Program

Ensure that the beginning of every file of source code contains an identification header similar to the preceding identification header.

The program should demonstrate the use of good programming techniques. It should include an identification header indicating:

  • Section Number, Exercise Number
  • Title of Scenario
  • Description of Scenario
  • Date of This Revision
  • Name of Teacher
  • School, City, Province, Country
  • Computer Programming Lanugage System
  • CPU Name and Speed
  • Operating System Targeted
